Amenity Update

As you know, the tennis court, volleyball court, soccer field, dog park and fitness center have already re-opened.  Unfortunately, the community pools will not be able to open in time for Memorial Day weekend.  Logistical issues related to the COVID-19 Pandemic have delayed the opening of the pool until at least June 15, 2020.  However, we are closely monitoring Federal, State and Local guidelines which could change the timing of opening the pool. 

After months of social distancing and quarantining related to COVID-19, we have been planning and preparing for the months ahead. In order to reopen the pool(s) in this current environment, new processes and protocols will be employed. Per Federal, State and Local authorities, we will be opening our facilities at only 25% occupancy. Access to the pool area will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. (For your planning purposes: as one pool patron leaves, another pool patron will be admitted.)

Please understand that the health and welfare of the members is of the utmost concern. We will send an eblast as soon as we have a pool opening date.

The Municipal Utility District 133 has authorized the posting of this Constable ‘s Report.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THIS REPORT INCLUDES THE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BOTH LAKES OF BELLA TERRA AND LAKES OF BELLA TERRA WEST.  Please click here to view this month's report. Access Cards
If you have never received access cards, please click here for the Registration and Waiver of Liability Forms.  Print, complete and return the forms to for processing.  We will mail your access cards upon receipt.

Replacement cards are $10.00 each. If you have been issued an access card in the past but need a replacement card, please mail a check or money order made payable to Lakes of Bella Terra to 8711 Highway 6 North, Ste. 270, Houston, TX 77095.

If your access card is not working, please check the "Member Profile" section of the website to make sure your balance has been paid.  If you have a zero balance, take a picture of the numbers on your card and email the picture to  We recently updated the gate system and have found that some of the card data was lost and will need to be re-entered into the system.
